The  Optimark OPT-304-CI-Kit can ensure the cleanliness of the critical fiberoptic ferrules of SMPTE 304-compliant connectors.

The CI-1000 Connector Inspector provides a 200X video image of the ferrules on both the male and female sides of the connector, so that cleanliness can be easily and quickly checked. If cleaning is necessary, the AFC-3000 Connector Cleaner can do the job in one 3-second application! (Note: guide sleeves must be removed on the female side before cleaning. A guide sleeve insertion/extraction tool is provided in the kit for this purpose.) Reinspection of the ferrules with the CI-1000 providesproof of successful cleaning.
